From raw body to finished assembly.
One team answers for all of it.
Precision
Rigid machine design and thermal control keep diameters and threads in tolerance through full shifts.
Inspection
Critical features are measured in the machine. Drift is corrected before it turns into scrap.
Integration
Machining connects directly to assembly and inspection.
Traceability
Every measurement is logged to its lot and ready at acceptance.
We deliver the system.
You operate it.
Precision Machining

Different components, one machine, no retooling marathon. The AC 400 carries 2, 3, 4 or 5 motor spindles with automatic tool change and a tool magazine, and several workpiece types can share one system. Options include spindles with NC facing and additional spindle rows. It machines a wide range of components on one platform. For fine bores there is the AF 400 Fine Boring Machine, for large quantities the AR 400 Rotary Transfer Machine.

Custom Solutions & Retrofit

Machining, assembly and inspection are three steps for the part and should be one flow for the line. Every machine we build is also available as a turnkey system. Hybrid structures that combine assembly modules, NC tables and robots keep availability high and flexibility wide, and you can expand in stages. You get one system, delivered ready to run. For a process no standard machine offers, there are Custom Machines.

One team from first sketch to a line that runs.
A process that has proven itself. One team plans, engineers and commissions your machine, and hands it over turnkey, ready to run, in the shortest possible time.

Concept, material flow and scope, defined with you before the first drawing is released.

Mechanics, controls and process, designed as one system and simulated before the build.

Build, installation and commissioning at your plant, then handed over ready to run.
Can one partner handle machining and assembly for the same part?
Yes. We build precision machining and high-speed assembly systems in house. The part moves from raw stock to verified assembly under one engineering team, with one set of interfaces and one contact.
How does the AC 400 differ from a standard machining center?
It machines several parts in parallel. You get the output of a dedicated machine with the tool change flexibility of a machining center.
Can different part types share one AC 400?
Yes. Several workpiece types can run on one system, which keeps the investment productive across product families.
Which processes do you cover?
We build high-speed assembly systems and precision machining systems, with inspection and test integrated into the line. One partner for the full chain, from raw stock to the verified finished part.
Still have questions? Get in touch with our support team and we'll
discuss your unique requirements.
Which process capability do you design for?
Critical features are designed for a machine capability index (Cmk) of 1.67 or higher. We prove it in a documented capability study with your parts before the machine ships. Process capability (Cpk of 1.33 or higher) is then confirmed in series production on your floor.
How do you prove a machine meets spec before it ships?
In a factory acceptance test (FAT) at our plant, with your parts, at full rate. We document output, capability and reject handling. After installation, a site acceptance test (SAT) confirms the same results on your floor.
What traceability do you provide?
Every part and batch is documented through the process: which station, which parameters, which result. Traceability is configured to your requirements, down to part and batch level.
How do you protect confidential projects?
Confidentiality starts before the first drawing: a non-disclosure agreement, access on a need-to-know basis and separated project areas in our facility. Your parts, data and drawings stay inside the project team.

discuss your unique requirements.
Can you test our parts before we place an order?
Yes. For critical joining, machining or inspection steps, we run feasibility trials with your sample parts. You see the result before you commit to the machine.
How long does a project take from order to acceptance?
Systems based on our standard platforms typically take six to nine months. Complex lines with machining, assembly and inspection take nine to fourteen months. The binding schedule is part of every offer.
Which documentation do we receive with the machine?
Operating instructions, declaration of conformity, electrical and pneumatic schematics, spare parts lists and maintenance plans. PLC source code is supplied by agreement.
