Large machines, small batches, many variants. Your production needs the flexibility of a workshop and the repeatability of a line. We build systems that run variant mixes in one flow and deliver the same quality in every batch.

& Construction Machinery
A hydraulic valve fails under full load, far from any workshop. Machines that work through dust, heat and peak load need components that hold up under the harshest conditions.
We build the assembly and machining systems behind those components.

We deliver the system.
You operate it.
Systems for components inside heavy machinery.
We build assembly, test and machining systems for the components inside agricultural and construction machinery: hydraulics, sensors, control units, engine and drivetrain parts. Each system is built around your parts and your tolerances.
Can you add stations to a machine that is already running?
Yes. We extend existing machines with additional stations, processes or capacity. Preparation runs in parallel to production, and installation is scheduled into your planned shutdowns.
Can one system combine assembly, machining and robots?
Yes. Hybrid systems combine assembly modules, NC tables and robots. They process different workpieces on one line and can be expanded in stages.
Which parts suit the AR 400?
Medium-size parts that need several machining operations at high volume: housings, valve bodies, fittings, connecting rods and similar components.
Can one partner handle machining and assembly for the same part?
Yes. We build precision machining and high-speed assembly systems in house. The part moves from raw stock to verified assembly under one engineering team, with one set of interfaces and one contact.
Do you build complete lines or individual machines?
Both. We deliver single machines that drop into your existing line, and complete turnkey lines with feeding, assembly, machining and inspection. You choose the scope. We take responsibility for all of it.
Can you integrate new systems into an existing line?
Yes. Our customers already run highly developed production, so we modernize and extend it. We add capacity and new stations without replacing the whole line. Scope is defined per project during planning.

How does the AF 400 compensate tool wear?
An adjustment device in the fine boring spindles corrects the cutting edge position. Combined with post-process measurement, the machine keeps diameters inside tolerance automatically.
Which tolerances can the AF 400 hold?
Bore diameters in the micrometer range, typically within ± 5 µm, with form and position held bore after bore. Non-stacked feed axes and no overhanging masses protect the geometry.
How is every unit verified?
Inspection is part of the process, not a step after it. Each unit is checked in the line, and the result is stored against the part. Nothing moves to the next station without a pass.

Can you test our parts before we place an order?
Yes. For critical joining, machining or inspection steps, we run feasibility trials with your sample parts. You see the result before you commit to the machine.
What do you need from us to prepare an offer?
Part drawings or CAD data, annual volume, target cycle time, number of variants and your quality requirements. Sample parts help. With this, you receive a technical concept and budget price within two to three weeks.
How long does a project take from order to acceptance?
Systems based on our standard platforms typically take six to nine months. Complex lines with machining, assembly and inspection take nine to fourteen months. The binding schedule is part of every offer.
